主  题：Counting Spanning Trees in Bipartite Graphs

内容简介：In this talk, I will first introduce several methods on counting spanning trees, including the rank-one perturbation to the Laplacian, the electrical network method, and Wang algebra. Then I will talk about our recent work (joint with Prof. Fengming Dong) on proving a bipartite analogue of Moon’s classic formula for counting spanning trees in complete graphs containing a fixed spanning forest. If time permits, I will also discuss the Ehrenborg conjecture on the upper bound of the number of spanning trees in a bipartite graph.

二、戈鋆简介

戈鋆，2015年博士毕业于厦门大学。现任四川师范大学数学科学学院副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究组合纽结理论以及与图多项式相关的一些图论问题。在J. Graph Theory, Discrete Math., Discrete Appl. Math., Osaka J. Math.等学术期刊发表学术论文15篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和天元基金各一项。
